B&B in a villa in the countryside near the sea

It's the house where I live with my animals. A place where you can relax among the olive trees of the beautiful Salento countryside and enjoy authentic products. The beaches of Gallipoli are only a few minutes away by car. The space Sosta a ponente is a newly built house located in the countryside of Matino about 10 km from the beaches of Gallipoli. The philosophy that distinguishes the B&B is based on a respect for nature, eco-friendliness and the informal environment. You will enjoy fabulous breakfasts with short-chain and organic products, you can grill the vegetables from our garden and relax, assisted only by the singing of crickets. Our guests do not like noise, our guests want to relax and indulge in doing nothing. A different way to visit Salento, a more conscious way... With us, by choice, you will not find a swimming pool and TV in the room. We will give you information on little-known routes or itineraries, bike tours or walks to discover villages or places that still speak of Salento. We will try to let you taste our true flavors by recommending restaurants where you can still eat genuine food at the right price. We cultivate the garden and have hens that give us excellent eggs every day, eggs used to prepare our sweet and savory cakes for your breakfast. We recommend that you have your own means of transport because, being in the countryside, it is necessary to use it for any movement. We provide our two rooms, both with independent entrances, a terrace where you can relax, and a private bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, the other with a double bed consisting of two single beds. He knows his land, customs and traditions very well and loves them. He will advise you on places to visit (even those outside the usual guides or itineraries) and restaurants or taverns where you can eat genuine food and spend the right amount. Be careful, Daniele can become talkative if stimulated on the customs and traditions of his land. :) I have been doing B&B for 20 years, my mom was one of the first to do B&B in Salento and I am proud of it!
