Complimentary drinks and breakfast items. 24" TV with Netflix in bedroom, WiFi. Door lockable. (No oven or stove) On street parking, close to Kingston, Sutton, Wimbledon and the Thames. Ideal for people attending events in London or seeing family / friends who live near here. A small space to be in all the time, but good as a overnight base. The space - self-contained garden studio - small but has essentials you need - double bed with fresh linens and towels, duvet and pillows, extra throws - wall mounted 24" smartTV with Netflix guest login - fast WiFi in studio and reaching into the garden - shower with waterfall head - tap water is safe to drink in UK - oil filled heater can be set on timer / standing fan when weather is hot - kitchen area with fridge and breakfast essentials - milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, jams, marmite, butter, cereals, all complimentary - waters and welcome drinks in the fridge - kettle, toaster and microwave - no oven or stove - bowls, plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery - shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel - towels and shower mat - washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel Please book for yourselves only, we will not accept third party guests who we do not know anything about. If you are booking as an Airbnb guest we expect it to be you and your partner/ friend, if relevant, when you check in. Our train station is Malden Manor on the Chessington South line from London Waterloo. The train to Malden Manor usually leaves from the platforms 1 -4 at Waterloo We have been closed over the winter, and are opening again now for Summer 2025, the studio has been fully redecorated before opening. Guest access Guests can access the studio through the side gate, therefore you can come and go as you please. You will be able to have complete privacy, lock the studio and have keys to the studio and the gate to the garden. Please note there is one step down onto the decking and two steps up into the studio. There is also a small step up into the bathroom area. Other things to note You can let yourselves in when you check in, we will leave the studio ready for you with the key in the door; when we meet we will welcome you, and see if we can help in any way. Please dispose of your rubbish and recycling in our bins, bags will be provided. Please leave all used towels in the shower room.
