Bright house a 15-minute walk from the Parma Cathedral and the Railway Station, located on a very quiet street, where parking is free. It is located 10 minutes from the A1 Parma highway exit. It is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning. New, with a large balcony overlooking the greenery: in the morning you wake up to the sound of birdsong! The space The house is on the second floor of a newly built condominium, served by an elevator, without architectural barriers. The house has air conditioning and heating. In the entrance there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, sink and moka pot. There is also a dining table and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. All three mattresses are of excellent quality and comfort. The pillows are made of real goose feathers. We provide sheets and towels. The bathroom is bright and has a window, shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine. The three rooms overlook a large balcony overlooking the greenery. No street view: very quiet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Smokers are asked to smoke outside on the balcony. Other things to note The house has basic furnishings.
