Little Rowans is bright and spacious with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. Split over two floors with your own garden, decking area and parking space. Perfect for couples wanting to relax or here to enjoy the outdoors life. Located in the picturesque village of Poughill on the edge of Bude, with an excellent pub at walking distance serving great food and local ales. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are all open plan, with bi fold doors opening onto the garden, bringing the outdoors in. There's a SMART TV and Wifi is free to all guests. Underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. Upstairs you'll find a large sun flooded ensuite bedroom with a super king size bed, seating area and Juliette balcony, looking out on to open fields. Downstairs there is a large shower room, just perfect for when you come off the beach. Staying in winter, there's a log burning stove, and underfloor heating for those cosy nights in. Outside you have your own private garden to relax with tables and chairs and sunloungers. Parking is at the front of the property on a gravel driveway. We now have a type 2 electric vehicle charging point, for charging overnight. The beaches and town are only 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes by bike and 15 minutes easy walking. Here is where you will find the town centre, shops and some great restaurants. Public footpaths are everywhere taking you to the coast, so it’s a perfect base for walkers. Take a stroll along the canal, which has been our guests favourite walk or choose one of Bude's four main beaches. There are endless water sports and Little Rowans is an ideal base for exploring by foot, bike or car.
