P.S : Here at Leacroft we have tried to keep everyone's privacy hight but the guesthouse is close to the main house. If you wish to have a total private experience far from any other dwelling then this may not be for you, although none of our guests have ever mentioned the issue before. To relax what more to soak in the spa pool in a private garden, 2 or 3 steps away from your front door, glaze at the stars at night time or enjoy the cloud passing by during the day, your choice. These peaceful surroundings are complete with stream, native gardens and seaviews. A wide variety of birds reside in the area including tuis, bellbirds, paradise ducks, fantails, moreporks, herons, kingfishers. Even a family of parakeets have been in the neighbourhood for over thirty years! Guest access You are welcome to explore the full extent of our property at your leisure. You might have a picnic down by the beautiful Horokiri stream that runs through the property. Take some bread or other nibbles and you will be guaranteed a visit by our “pet” eels! Over the summer months, the stream has a wonderful swimming hole that is most refreshing.
