Several apartments in one house

We can provide several apartments (50 sqm) and one apartment (100 sqm) with space for cozy evenings in the group. Check out the house overview in the gallery. The Jahrhunderthalle is about 5 minutes' walk, Bochum City and Bermuda Triangle 2 train stations, university about 7 km, good transport links (bus/train/highway) The space The house consists of a total of 6 apartments and a large apartment. The house is situated on a side street. Here we offer several apartments and the large apartment for rent. All apartments have their own entrance and key, a private bathroom with shower, bedroom, kitchen or eat-in kitchen and living room. The large apartment Nordstern also has a separate toilet. In the bedroom there are double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), in the apartment Südwind a smaller bed (1.40 x 2.00). Some apartments also have a balcony. The large apartment is about 100 square meters. A large kitchen with seating for 6 to 8 people is inviting for cooking and eating together. In the large living room there is a cozy large couch and you can end the evening in the group comfortably. In this apartment there is a guest toilet and a large master bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the additional lockable guest room currently has a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The apartments are very well and extensively equipped. We attach great importance to cleanliness.
