The space The majestic villa with it's central wide corridor entrance, leads from the vast living room at the front of the house taking in the commanding views. The dining room and kitchen offer ample space and facilities to congregate and enjoy with family and friends. 4 generous bedrooms provide guests with privacy and sanctuary to retreat to. A wonderful garden and courtyard ensures you can enjoy your outdoor areas, not to mention the verandas to sit back on and take in the breathtaking views. This property really will afford you the best holiday in a wonderful home and location. The elevated site allows the villa to enjoy all day sun, blue skies and blue seas. Covered wraparound verandas offer choices of sun or shelter and a spacious outdoor seating/BBQ area. Guests enjoy the outdoor spa bath and shower. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed, Bedroom 4 - Superking bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request), Sleepout (external access/no bathroom) - queen bed. Please note: A compulsory exit clean of $350 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay, including beach towels. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights rest of January and all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. Rates are based on 8 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for guests 9-10. Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.
