Romantic country house with ocean view

Casa Lila is located in the middle of a Mediterranean garden with a small bridge and riverbed below Monte Aquarone and can accommodate four people. On the first floor is the spacious bedroom with balcony and bathroom. A sofa bed and a wide sofa bed are on the ground floor. The kitchen offers all the comforts, starting with two sinks, a spacious work surface, open shelves for quick access. Practical: Cooking is done with gas (quick regulation of the temperature). The space Casa Lila impresses with its open, spacious layout and unusual materials. The floor is made of baked, pulverized marble bricks. The work surfaces in the kitchen are made of gray slate, as are the stairs. In the living and dining room, a wall made of natural stone provides special flair. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.60 by 2 meters) and two single beds (0.90 by 2 meters). The bathroom on the first floor with a small balcony has a bathtub, a shower and two sinks, which are embedded in a marble slab, as well as a toilet. The smaller bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, sink on console and toilet. In the adjacent TV room there is the green bed with slatted base and firm mattress (sofa during the day). A pull-out sofa bed (1.40 to 1.90 meters) with mattress becomes another bed in the large living/dining room. Guest access Our guests have free access to the house and the approximately 2500 square meter property. You are welcome to use all furniture, dishes and other utensils. The terrace has a seating area with a table (wooden/metal legs) plus five metal chairs, as well as a parasol. Two loungers made of tropical wood invite you to relax. In addition, there are two comfortable sun beds and a swing lounger. If the exit directly to the house is too complicated/steep, you can park your car in a private parking lot above the property. Other things to note Arrival and departure is possible on any weekday except Saturday (A request from our pearl, which is so good that it is constantly booked). Garden lovers are welcome to water in summer if they like. Fruits can be harvested (figs, apples, pears), herbs such as rosemary, sage or basil from the pot. In the region, excellent olive oil is produced from the mild Taggiasca olive. Available in the village (shop), also from local olive farmers. Attention: If after June 1st June and from the 1st September guests want to turn on the heating, unfortunately we have to charge an energy participation fee. Gas is very expensive. The fireplace can be used for this. At the beginning of 2017, another small restaurant opened directly in Vasia on the main street (next to the grocery store). Roberta swings the cooking spoon here, her husband Gino does the service - an unbeatable team. Very tasty cuisine. We paid 25 euros for a four-course menu.
