Close to Beach, ocean & near Malmo/Copenhagen

Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes... The space The apartment has a nice location in a quite neighborhood, close to beaches (3km) and grocery shopping (1km), and near Malmö and the train to Copenhagen & CPH (a 15-20min. drive). The apartment is on the top-floor of my house, with its own garden entrance, and private entryway. The tranquil bedroom has a a large ('queen size', 160cm) double bed, and there are 2 optional extra foldable extra beds (80cm), and a baby bassinet. The dining and kitchen area sits 4+ people, and where you can prepare your meals in the small, yet practical, kitchenette. It is equipped with all the essentials and basic kitchenware, 2 stove tops, microwave oven (but no conventional oven), and much more.. The living area is decorated with classical , yet comfortable, wing-chair and couch, a cozy and warming fireplace, Apple-Tv, and some 'old school' board-/family games.. The bathroom and 'spa' area has a nice size whirlpool tub, and a large sauna, to heat you up in the winter or any of those cold/rainy days.. You are most welcome to use the BBQ and parts of the garden area, and there are 2 basic loaner bikes for any of those close by excursions, e.g. going to the beach, 'down town', to the bus stop, or when simply going grocery shopping...
