Charming South Frankfort Cottage!

Great private guest house in the heart of South Frankfort! Only a 5-10 minute walk to all the Historic Downtown Frankfort and the Kentucky Capitol. Great location for the Bouron Trail (especially Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve) and the KY River. We are also close to Keeneland and the Horse Park. Come enjoy what our community has to offer! We pride ourselves in hosting families and friends who want an affordable place to stay! The space As you arrive, you will travel down the driveway to find the guest house that sits behind our main house which is a blue historial victorian style home. You will be able to enjoy the shared patio that has a great new solo stove firpit and a grill. As you enter the guest house you will be greeted with a cozy, warm family room and kitchen. You will find the first bedroom with a queen size bed and half bath on the first floor. As you travel up the stairs you will find a loft size room with two additional queen beds and an additional room with a full size bedroom and twin bed! Upstairs is where our full bathroom is located. We would love to host you! Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole guest house and the use of the porch with solo stove, outside sitting area and grill! Other things to note We provide basic shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. We do have a kuerig or a traditional coffee pot for you to use. Our kitchen is well equiped with anything you need---including a crock pot. Since we are here on site, we are more than happy to provide you with what you need if it is not available.
