The sun porch is heated for year round use and the summer porch has a large table and seating for 6. The living area has a sleeper sofa, dining table with seating for 6, and a TV for streaming with an HDMI hook up. The modern full-size kitchen is completely furnished with cooking/serving items, hand & paper towels, K-cups, and a selection of condiments. The large first floor den has a queen sleeper sofa, matching chair as a reading area, computer table, bay window, gas fireplace/stove, and sliding glass door to a patio with a gas barbecue. The first floor bathroom has a tub/shower with access bars; the upstairs bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms are fully furnished with towels, soaps, etc. The laundry is off the kitchen and has newer appliances. Four bedrooms on second floor each with a tower fan/heater and window air conditioner. The 65-foot semi-private seasonal waterfront provides seating, a fire table (propane), dock access. Kayaks and floating tubes are available. The water is provided by the county. The house is on septic so care must be used with what gets flushed- disposal bags are provided. The dishwasher should only be used for full loads – disposable paper plates, cups and silverware are also provided. Please check the house rules , updated 6/1/2022. Quiet hours start for outside and at the waterfront at 9:30 pm No smoking. Guest making the reservation must be staying on the property. Advance coordination and mutual agreement is required for gatherings and parties. Early check-in and late check out depend on adjacent reservations. Pets (overnight and day visitors) are negotiable in advance, please contact us. Two night minimum with cleaning fee (which will be waived for 4 or more night stays.) No other host fees. I cannot return Airbnb fees that they might retain.
