Out back is a wooden deck, an in-ground heated pool, outdoor shower and a pool house. The pool is heated and sits in sun all day. There are 9 lounge chairs, 4 umbrellas and a large teak table that seats 12. The first floor includes a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf/Cove appliances, new breakfast room seats 6, dining area seats 8, living room with cathedral ceiling, powder room and large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has been expanded with cathedral ceiling and newly added bathroom, ensuite if desired or available to all bedrooms.
