The Baita di Guenda

This is a fully renovated 800'start cabin while maintaining the classic mountain line. As you can see from the photos, the presence of wood dominates the furniture , so you get warm rooms. The house is divided on two floors , on the mezzanine floor we find a large space with an arch in the center that divides the kitchen area with large fireplace and the living area with comfortable armchairs and sofa. Also upstairs we find a full bathroom and a double bedroom. The space Upstairs are the two double bedrooms , with a large bathroom . Both rooms have a large terrace. The blue room also has independent access from the outdoor staircase. Throughout the house you have radiator heating, in each room or bathroom you will find a thermostat so you can choose the temperature you prefer. Guest access The house is near both Domodossola (10/15 min) and the nearby ski slopes of San Domenico ( 10/15 min). Ideal for ski season or for walks, just cross the road to take the first routes. Other things to note I want to say that the house is both in front and behind is surrounded by property land, in the front it is also crossed by a stream that connects then in the nearby stream where you find the beautiful suspension bridge and the beautiful oasis of fishermen.
