Welcome to our gîte located in the center of Saint-Aignan, 3 km from Beauval Zoo: 60 m2 house with courtyard, fully renovated, accommodating up to 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) + 1 baby. All amenities, furniture, appliances and bedding are new and of high quality. Free parking spots on the street. The space Our gîte has been completely restored in 2019. You will find the charm of old houses (exposed beams, and tiles) combined with contemporary style. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home: fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker + L'or barista pod machine); living room with 140 x 195 sofa bed, 80 cm LED TV and DVD player; one bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a wardrobe, one bedroom with 90 x 190 bunk beds, a dresser and a 2-seater 115 x 185 heater with 13 cm mattress; a bathroom with an 80 x 120 shower, hairdryer, separate toilet; washing machine, iron and ironing board + clothes drying rack. You can also enjoy the well exposed balcony with 1 table and 2 chairs and the courtyard with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and barbecue and sandpit (courtyard common to the two adjoining cottages, while having a clean access to each cottage and a separate part). Baby equipment on site (baby bed, highchair, baby bath, changing mat, potty and toilet reducer; games). Self check-in with lockbox (code communicated on the day of check-in).
