Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney. The space A place to explore, escape and dream. We can accommodate for two adults and two children. There is a double bed in the lounge room. The double bed sleeps two children or two adults. We also have a portable cot, change table and highchair available for children . Children including infants are classed as a guest when booking. Guest access Guests will have access to entire cottage and surrounding property to walk and picnic. We ask guests not to enter the horse paddocks for their own safety. Guests have all their own private amenities. The cottage has one bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. We also include a double bed in the common area for one or two children or two adults. Other things to note We have an wireless NBN internet service. If you are seriously relying on internet I suggest you bring a mobile service. You can pat the horses but please do not enter their paddocks or feed them as some are on special diets. We have a porta cot avaiable for infants. The fee for the porta cot is $15 per stay. We have a power board to charge your EV vehicle next to the cottage. EV charging is charged at $10 per charge.
