Villa Akiba heated pool & exceptional jacuzzi

Architect's villa located in a quiet area of Ravine des Cabris, 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Pierre. Recently built, it is spacious with large volumes. 4 bedrooms, 1 in a bungalow, make up the property, associated with 2 indoor bathrooms and 1 outside. The amenities of the villa are undoubtedly of quality, in particular the kitchen is fully equipped. The year-round heated salt pool and hot tub are great assets. The space You enter the property through a beautiful and large driveway lined with palm trees and which can park up to 4 vehicles. The villa was renovated in 2014, and has large volumes, in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. A mezzanine (unairconditioned) accommodates a second living room and TV area. An additional room has been created when we receive family there. All other rooms are air-conditioned, but in general the nights are pleasant with the ambient atmosphere. The villa has a very large bathroom (walk-in shower) accessible to people with disabilities in wheelchairs. A large veranda (covered terrace) allows you to have all your meals outdoors. A barbecue and a professional plancha are in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen, allowing people in charge of preparing meals not to be cut off from guests. The varangue is also sheltered by a hedge of palm trees, you won't be bothered by the blazing sun that prevails in Reunion. The heated pool is treated by electrolysis (with salt). A platform allows you to relax effortlessly. The maximum depth is 1.60 m. It has an alarm. In a small house attached to the garden is the jacuzzi, heated to 35°C. Two powerful pumps worthy of a famous 5-star hotel in the south of the island, will provide you with effective and relaxing massages. Upstairs of this cottage is the Lagoon bedroom. This maisonette has a large independent bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). A 3rd bathroom as well as an additional toilet has been created outside, near the pool. Enclosed by walls and not overlooked, in a garden rich in tropical vegetation, the villa is a haven of peace that will delight you.
