La Briardière

La Briardière sleeps 6: couples, family, friends. The organization of the house leaves everyone with a lot of autonomy: bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Livarot is 10 minutes away, Lisieux is 20 minutes away, Deauville and the beaches of the Côte Fleurie are 40 minutes away, and Omaha Beach is 1.5 hours away. The space La Briardière can accommodate families with or without children, couples, friends who want to spend a weekend or a few days in peace, in a bucolic environment. We also welcome professionals on assignment or "teleworkers". The house combines the elements of comfort and space necessary for a successful stay. GROUND FLOOR The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the south-facing garden. It includes: a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a stove with induction cooktop and oven, a microwave, a "dolce gusto" coffee maker, a kettle, a set of cookware and the necessary utensils. The living room has a fireplace with insert: wood is available. You will find a sofa and two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi, internet. The dining room overlooks the garden. The master bedroom includes a 160 cm bed, a large wardrobe, The bathroom has a walk-in shower: bathrobes, bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as sheets. UPSTAIRS Two bedrooms share the bathroom with bathtub. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a reading area with sofa, games and toys for children. The 90 cm beds can be converted into a 180 cm bed if needed. Ask us. The staircase that connects the ground floor to the upper floor has about fifteen steps that the little ones will have to go down under the supervision of adults.
