Apartamento Rocamar is located on the beach of S'Illot-Cala Morlanda and enjoys stunning sea views. The space Ronda del Mati is a lovely and recently renovated apartment. It is located on the beach of S'Illot-Cala Morlanda and enjoys stunning sea views. The terrace is furnished with deck chairs and outdoor eating area, so you can just seat and relax or enjoy your meals feeling the sea breeze and with uninterrupted Mediterranean Sea views. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. We do offer a baby cot and a high chair free of charge. There is A/C (cold and hot) in the living area. The kitchen is fully equiped. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building. There is an elevator. We dont have a private parking space, but it is free and easy to park in the surrounding area. The area around the apartment is family friendly and safe. Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be payed upon arrival to the property (2,2€ per adult and per night from mai to october and 1,65€ the rest of the months). Just outside the apartment, you will find a beautiful beach of fine sand and transparent water (S'illot) and just a few kilometers far you get to the magnificient beach of Sa Coma. Further south there is a few small coves, less crowded: Cala Morlanda and Ca’n Rafalino. The tourist center of S’illot has about 1,500 inhabitants. In the town there are the remains of a Talayotic village (from prehistoric times), from which an interpretation center on Talayotic culture has been set up. Next to the beautiful fishing port there is an islet (illot) that gives its name to the municipality. From S’illot it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n’Amer, located in a protected natural area of ​​great landscape and ecological value.
