Thanks to numerous small, attractive and alternative shops, the many cafés, bars and restaurants, this residential area is one of the most beautiful and popular districts in the city. At the same time, it is only 200 m to the Auwald - you therefore live close to nature. By bike you can reach Lake Cospuden in just 15 minutes, for swimming, sailing, hiking or relaxing on the beach. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is therefore particularly bright and quiet. It is my private home and not a sterile guest apartment, with plenty of art and countless books. You can expect two spacious and friendly rooms, each over 20 m² and a 35 m² living/dining room with an American kitchen. High-quality and complete kitchen equipment also guarantees a culinary experience. Small things like vinegar, oil, spices, sugar, etc. are always available. Supermarkets and bakers are in walking distance. Directly in front of the house there is always free parking and the proximity to the bus (100 m) and tram (500 m) guarantee a stress-free journey by public transport. The new kitchen offers coffee lovers and baristas a special highlight: THE WITCH, a high-quality Bezzera hand lever machine with espresso grinder, of course including instructions.
