There will be guests staying above you in Starry Nights which means there will be some noise, but we promise it works! Two bedrooms (King + 2 singles), plus futon sleeps 6. Fully stocked kitchen, dining table, stone deck with your hot tub and built-in private fire pit. Yes, you have WiFi and a SmarTV, but get out an explore! Guest access This is a shared farm with multiple cabins and shared amenities. Guests have full access to 20+ acres of manicured farm, just not access into any other cabins. Walk right into the petting zoo & bird aviary (use common sense as goats will push over a child for a carrot), fish from the banks or bridge, tube down the river, tube down the slide, find two ziplines, try your hand at axe throwing or PICKLEBALL... Step a little outside your comfort zone, it's all part of the experience! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This is the downstairs portion of our barn. Upstairs is a 1-bedroom Airbnb, but you are separated by 16" wood beams and insulation, not to mention a bi-locked stairwell and parking, entrances and decks on opposite sides (you share only a roof). But you will absolutely hear noise :( You have your own private hot tub, your own private deck, your own private fire pit, your own private grill, your own A/C unit and your own private entrance! DOG POLICY: One dog, $75 fee, one dog, 50 pound limit. Crate Policy (if you depart without her). If you plan to leave your dog and she is the type that barks all day, she is NOT welcome, sorry. No Extra Visitors Allowed to visit the Farm other than approved guests staying in the cabin. No Holiday Day Arrivals or Departures. Petting Zoo? Yes, walk right into the pen! We do recommend bringing veggies like kale/leafy greens, carrots and/or quartered apples to bribe the animals with (no corn or sweet feed allowed). Catch N Release Pond is down for 2025 due to Hurricane Helene Damage.
