Recently built, traditional cycladic villa, sitting on a southerly hill, overlooking the Aegean Sea, easily accessible through the main asphalt road, with devine privacy. Upper floor with an area of 75m2, has two bedrooms which share a bathroom (toilet and shower are in separated rooms) Main living area lies also on this floor. There are 2 sofas connected together, where two persons can also sleep. On this floor also lies the kitchen area. On the same floor lies the big balcony/terrace (area of 110m2) with a large 10people dining table and enough space for sunbeds etc. The lower floor, with an area of 75m2 too, has a master bedroom ideal for a couple, with en-suite bathroom (shower/toilet) and walking closet. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. This floor can be reached through the upper floor main entrance, but also has an entrance of its own. There is a layout of the house in the Airbnb photos collection, where you can have a look to all of the above. This house is one of 3 houses that are situated in our 4 stremma plot of land. A part of the balcony is 6 meter high from the ground and that might be a concern with kids. Same goes with the internal staircase, if the kids are not used to using a staircase. Any extra cleaning comes at €50/extra cleaning day and extra change of linen/towels at €25/extra change.
