B&B ensuite, easy reach of Cardiff city centre
Description
Our house was built in 1900 and is located in the heart of Whitchurch village, a leafy suburb of North Cardiff. The city centre is 3km away and is easily accessible by car, train, bus or bicycle along the Taff Trail. Velindre Cancer Centre Hospital is a 10 minute walk from our house and the University Hospital of Wales, ( Heath Hospital ) is a 10 minute drive. The space The en suite bedroom is on the first floor of our house and is spacious and airy with high ceiling and period features. It has a double bed, desk, wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers. Tea, coffee and milk are all available in the room. A trundle bed can be placed in the bedroom for a third person, would be especially suitable for a child. Guest access A bright living room with two sofas and a wood burner is available for guests' use. This room has a smart television and a wide variety of DVD's and boxed games which you are welcome to use. Free wifi is provided throughout. A large and bright dining room is available for you to use at breakfast time. Preferred time of arrival is from 5pm but can be earlier by arrangements and the room needs to be vacated by 10.30am. During your stay My husband and I live at the house and will be in residence when you visit. I will be at home to welcome you when you arrive, to provide you with breakfast and to answer any queries you may have about Cardiff. Other things to note Breakfast will be served in the dining room between 8 and 9.30am. This will include a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt,toast and croissant, orange juice and tea or coffee. For the security of our house and possessions, we reserve the right to enter your room, even if you have locked it, in order to shut windows left open in the event of a storm or if there's no one in the house.
