This one bedroom apartment is located in the very center of the city of Bar. It is newly refurbished and located in one of the oldest buildings in Bar. It is located on the fifth floor and is turned away from the street which makes it very calm and cozy. The apartment is accessible via elevator. It has heating (either using biomass energy heater or airconditioner) and two AC units. It has WiFI, two smart TVs and a big kitchen, toilet, and bed. The space Cleaning of the apartment is done weekly and it is included in the price. Guest access Guest have an elevator and can self check in with a security code Other things to note The water boiler should always be on. The optimal position of the boiler thermostat is on the medium of the scale. If you want to use the biomass heater ask me for instructions, as the proper maintenance is critical for optimal operation.
