No matter the season, you will vibe with the huge property & what the community has to offer. 117 Beverly is right in the middle of the EPIC wine route and steps to Lake Erie. The space We have a one floor Cottage with two separate bedrooms, a nice sized family room and an open concept kitchen. Guest access Key pad access Other things to note In regards to beach access, the beach at the end of the street is private, but the Polish Beach Club is available to use and on the weekends has an excellent menu if you are into pierogis, cabbage rolls, etc. It's the next beach to the west and directions are at the cottage.
