Ideal for couples, families or friends. The space The bright and modernly furnished vacation apartment is on the upper floor of the Nordergeest house. At around 70 m², it offers plenty of space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families or two couples traveling together. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed at a pleasant comfort height and ample storage space. The open-plan living area connects the living room, dining area and kitchen. Here you can cook, eat, and bring your day on vacation to a cozy close together. The kitchen is extensively equipped and includes, among other things, an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sufficient dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer. A special highlight is the private southwest terrace with an outdoor dining area. When the weather is right, you can have breakfast here, eat together or end the evening in the sun. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a TV, window shades and a safe provide additional comfort. The WiFi can be switched off directly in the apartment on request. For families, a baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided by prior arrangement. Outlet covers and board games are also available. The apartment was built in 2018 and designed with organic silicate paint that is free of preservatives and solvents. Guest access During your stay, the entire upstairs apartment and the associated private southwest terrace are available for your exclusive use. The apartment has its own entrance and is accessible via an outside staircase. Free parking is right on the premises. Additional free parking is available on the street. Check-in is flexible via a key box. If I am on site when you arrive, the keys can also be handed over in person by arrangement. You will receive the exact access information in good time prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the upper floor and is only accessible via an outside staircase. An elevator is not provided. Therefore, the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The regular occupancy is a maximum of four guests. Upon prior request and express confirmation, a folding bed can be provided as an additional sleeping space for a fifth person. Linens and towels are not included in the nightly rate. You can bring your own bed linen or optionally book it prior to arrival: – Bed linen: €10 per person – Towels: €10 per person – complete linen package: €20 per person When booking, please let us know if you need bed linens, towels, a baby travel cot, a high chair or the additional sleeping space. There is currently no washing machine or dryer available in the apartment.
