Wonderful penthouse with spectacular sea views

Our 120m2 penthouse is located on the 4th floor of the beautiful Badhuis Cadzand. Badhuis Cadzand is located in Cadzand-Bad, 10 minutes from Knokke-Heist (Belgium) on the Dutch side of the Zwin Nature Reserve. Cadzand-Bad is the southernmost seaside resort of the Netherlands. The Bathhouse sits in a unique location, on top of the dunes, right on the beach. In addition, this penthouse has a spectacular roof terrace of 100 m2 with 360 degree panoramic views. The space The penthouse consists of a large and bright living/dining room with French doors to the balcony. From here you have beautiful views over beach and dunes. The beautiful, light and compact kitchen has all the comforts and thus flows into the dining area. In one corner of the living room is a lovely lounge area with a lounger. In the other corner, there is a lovely chair to read in. In the living room, the stairs to the roof terrace are located. The electric roof hatch can be operated with a button on the wall. The view from the roof terrace is unique and phenomenal. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to spend time in the lounge sofas or you can eat at the large dining table. Through the hall (where the first toilet is) is the entrance to the two bedrooms. There is a double room with private bathroom and fitted wardrobes and a quadruple room with private bathroom, toilet and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom also has a bath with beautiful views over the dunes and the sea. In the apartment there is a spacious wardrobe and a storage closet with washing machine and dryer. On the -1 floor is the pool and wellness. The quickest way to get here is to take the elevator to the -1, exit the corridor on the right until you come to a door, you go through this door and walk to the left. At the end of the hallway you come to a door with wellness on it. This door can be opened with the "tag" you received. Guest access You will have access to the garage, where there is also room for the bicycles. In addition, you can access the swimming pool and wellness. Bicycles can be rented in various places in village. Other things to note Under the Badhuis, on the dune side, there are two wonderful restaurants (Loulou and Beaufort), where you can go for a drink and a bite all day.
