Exclusive villa with wonderful views, Mijas/Fuengirola

Villa "Manderley" has everything you could ask for: 4 double bedrooms with private bathroom for each, with private access to pool and terrace from each bedroom! There is plenty of room for everyone. All beds are comfortable and extra long, 210 cm. The villa is on two floors and is located on a quiet dead-end street and has its own garden, large private L-shaped pool with diving depth and outdoor shower with toilet. A/C, alarm, Wi-Fi, and is handicap-friendly. Bed linens, towels (but not beach towels) and final cleaning are included in the rental rate. The space If you are looking for a vacation home, our large villa on the Spanish sunny coast is absolutely perfect! The view of the Mediterranean Sea is outstanding with very beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We only accept couples or families (over 30 years old), not friends or golf groups. There is video of the house but we are not allowed to publish it here according to Airbnb. Guest access Private bathroom "en-suite" to each bedroom. Two parking spaces on the garage driveway. Large sun terrace about 250 sqm on the upper floor and patio with pergola on the lower floor, all protected from view. On the terrace there are sun loungers, dining table with extra extension and chairs, as well as a luxurious Weber grill. The house has two kitchens. There is a sofa bed for 2 in the living room/lounge and we also have two extra beds for any children as well as a crib and a travel bed for baby. 2 high chairs are available. There are two washing machines in the laundry room and two dishwashers in the large kitchen. The kitchens and bathrooms are completely renovated (spring 2016) and have a high standard. The outdoor shower/toilet was made in 2020 and the pool was renovated in 2023. The garden and pool are maintained by a gardener.
