2 storey bungalow is gated and guarded in SS 3 Petaling Jaya, Selangor with the big garden and equipped with the table and chair. Rate charges differs based on number of attendants; 1) The above are Promo rate is for event of less than 40pax attendants – RM980.00 2) For 41 and above pax surcharges applies. 40 - 65 pax surcharge RM200.00 *** Please take note for overnight staying guest number are limited to11 persons. Additional of RM25/person up to 4 persons only. The space Here's a bungalow for any occasion. We have a dance room with soundproof, but without a sound system. All the rooms are with an aircond and attached bathroom. An open-air roof top for those to prefer open air sitting. A nice garden with a swing and can do some decoration by yourself and also set with a BBQ pit and accessories for a BBQ party. BBQ pit and tools upon request, but food must be prepared by your own. additional cleaning fee for BBQ pit will be charged to RM100.00 (paid by cash), including 1 box of charcoal. All of these under one roof. Guest access 1) All the vehicle can park in front of the house or along the road of Jalan SS 3/1, Petaling Jaya. Do Not blocking the walkway and neighbor house. 2) No sound system, speaker allow outside of the house/garden area/balcony, only allow inside the sound proof room. If not will be fine RM500. After 10pm all the activity must be inside compound of the house. Outside and roadside are not allow. 3) No canopy, food truck and cooking also not allow at outside or roadside of the house. Other things to note 1. Other terms and conditions refer to the house rules. 2. the house care taker will stay in at next door. 3. Free electric usage of 100kwh per night booking. Excess usage after 100kwh will be charges of RM1.00 per kwh. Electricty usage deposit of RM200 will be collected upon check in; unused balance will be return.
