The heart of the home is the brand new kitchen and open-plan sitting area, where you can relax and unwind in contemporary comfort. A convenient powder room is tucked away under the staircase, adding to the convenience of your stay. Upstairs, two more bedrooms await. The twin room, bathed in natural light thanks to a skylight, offers a tranquil retreat. At the front of the home, the Master bedroom beckons with a Juliet balcony, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. For added comfort, the Master bedroom features an AC unit and a Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The property boasts a brand new luxury bathroom, complete with modern fixtures and stylish design. Additionally, a separate laundry cupboard houses both a washer and dryer, making it easy to freshen up during your stay. With sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, 'Urban Serenity' is perfect for groups or families looking for a comfortable and stylish inner-city getaway. Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in. Guest access You will have access to the whole property. Other things to note We value the health and safety of our guests and you can ensure you’re booking a home that is clean and sanitised prior to your check in. We provide clean, pressed hotel quality sheets and linen as well as cleaning products. There’s NO allocated off-street parking. Bridge Rd is mostly 2-hour parking; 9 am–5 pm weekdays (not ticketed) and unrestricted overnight. Some nearby side streets have no limits subject to availability. Some of our guests use a third party site called Parkhound to find affordable local parking (approx $12–$19/day). We are not affiliated so guests need to plan and make their own arrangements. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
