The beach access is less than 100 yards through the Villa property. The beaches of Pensacola are exceptionally beautiful with white sand and sparkling blue water. The condo is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. There are board games and books located in the condo The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Bathrooms have been renovated. Roku streaming and Wifi are available in the condo. There is a laundry facility at the complex. There is a lagoon adjacent to the building. Feeding the ducks is a favorite past time for all ages. There is a trolley service that stops at the Villas and provides transportation to restaurants, shopping, and Bands on the Beach. This service is available from mid May to Labor Day. Every Tuesday night there is music provided by a band on the beach. This begins in April and lasts through October.
