It features a 20 x 15 foot patio. #3 - The fire pit veranda is located in the backyard. Everyone's favorite place to enjoy the Texas sunsets and starry nights Only the number of registered guests are allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. No random guests. This is for your safety as well as your guests. No wild parties, raves, banquets, etc. This is a house for friends and family to have a very nice place to stay. As the person that made the booking, you are responsible for telling your guests the House Rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house. No pets. For example: If you register 2 guests, then only 2 guests are allowed on the property. Special situations may be approved by the permission of the host. No cooking food on or in the stove-top oven.. There are many restaurants in the area. There will be space in the common refrigerator to store your food. Personal coolers are not allowed in the house.
