20 minutes from Angers, in the Natura 2000 area, 1 km from Parc du Lion and the racecourse, our cottages welcome you. On a 7 ha property along the Mayenne River, our cottages offer direct access to the towpath, the heated pool (and covered if it rains) from 04/15 to 10/15, the spa from 10/15 to 04/15, the petanque court, barbecue etc. They are also equipped with a wood stove for a cozy winter. A very nice view of the Mayenne, it consists on the ground floor of a large equipped kitchen of 25 m2 with access to a large terrace (which overlooks the property and the river). A living room with fireplace, TV and sofa convertible into a 140*190 cm bed. The floor offers: - 1 first bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, new and quality bedding. - 1 second bedroom with 2 beds of 80 that can be hooked together to make a second 160 cm x 2 m. - 1 bedroom/office with 140 x 200 cm bed. - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage is also equipped with a wood stove for a cozy winter by the fire. Other things to note - Owners on site, discreet for your peace of mind. - 1 swimming pool of 9 m * 4 m, covered, heated, (and covered if rain), non-private. - 1 petanque court. - Unauthorized events (unless waived after consultation with the owner), because it is a family and very quiet site. - Our guests must come with their sheets and towels, however if they are missing, we can provide them at the rates of €5/sheet and €2/towel. - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants before their departure, mentioned in the listing's house rules: "We ask guests to clean the accommodation before departure: - Remove bed linens (if provided by the cottage) - Empty and take out the garbage - Clean the toilet - Vacuum - Wash and store clean dishes in the cupboards"
