Did I mention we have a jacuzzi in the backyard. Yay!! The space This modern two-story townhouse is conveniently located between Brunswick Street and Nicholson Street. It’s located on a quiet street in the heart of Fitzroy and only a few minutes’ walk to Brunswick Street. BED AND BATH Your room is on the ground floor next to your private bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity unit. The room is spacious with plenty of natural light. It comes with a queen bed, side tables with lamps, , clothes rack, shelves and suitcase stand. OPEN PLAN LIVING You’re welcome to relax in the open-plan living room, prepare meals in the modern kitchen or enjoy a glass of wine on the comfortable outdoor balcony. INHOUSE ACTIVITIES If you need some quiet time chilling at home there are a range of activities available, including books, games, free WiFi, movies and TV. GETTING COMFORTABLE Fresh linen and towels are provided and you also have access to laundry facilities. The room has a wall heater that makes it cosy in the winter months. The house is south-facing and naturally quite cool in the summer. We have a reverse-cycle unit in the upstairs area. Guest access You’ll have the ground floor to yourself. Upstairs is the living area, kitchen and balcony. You’re welcome to use the space so please make yourself at home. You’ll have your own electronic code to get into the house so you can come and go as you need. I'm very relaxed with check-in and check-out. So we can work together to make things work. Early check in is ok if no one else is staying. Dropping your bags off early can be possible if other guests agree to the request. I'm very accommodating as I travel a lot and understand travellers needs. We also have a wonderful jacuzzi in the backyard. Let us know if you want it ready to go when you arrive as it takes 6 or more hours to heat up. Other things to note I recommend you check the weather before your trip to Melbourne—we can have sunshine, rain and wind all on the same day and it’s best to be prepared! Smoking is permitted but strictly outside-only and with the doors closed. You may use the balcony or step outside the front door. Whilst you’ll have the place to yourself, this is my home most of the time, hence you may notice some homey touches. I hope you feel comfortable here and enjoy your stay. Pets are not permitted. Children are not suited to this house.
