Studio Fetsi at Kioni, Ithaca island.

In Kioni, the most beautiful village of Ithaca, the country of Ulysses, we created a traditional place for quiet and interesting holidays. The spacious Ithaca Studio is on the ground floor and appropriate for a family of 4-5 people. It is very functional, containing several old, traditional objects that add to its' aesthetics. The location of the Studio and its' elevated yard is unique and guarantees a wonderful view, as it overlooks the whole Kioni village and its' picturesque bay. The space Our studio is located right at the top of the road as you arrive from Frikes village. The view from the studio and the 2 yards is breathtaking, as it gives to the whole Kioni bay which is surrounded by green smooth hills. The studio is a traditional groundfloor of 52m² made of visible stone walls, grey concrete floor, wooden ceiling and pillars, and it is furnished with restored wooden and stone traditional items who were found and had been in use in the house since 1867... The studio's kitchen is left intact but fully renovated and equipped. Staying here gives you the chance to feel the vibes of a real house of Ithaca. Guest access Right one level above the studio there are two large and beautiful yards of traditional architectural Ithacan style, fully restored to their initial form. The one of the yards has a sistern and the other one a big olive tree, more than 250 years old... At it's shade you can enjoy your breakfast meals and dinners watching the incredible view of the Kioni bay and sea. Other things to note Parking your car right outside of the studio, makes your stay very easy. In order to go to the 6 beautiful beaches, you are going to need the car for the first 3 ones counting from the Frikes village. The following 3 can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes walk. You can also walk down to Kioni bay area and port by a small path beginning right under the road that passes in front of the studio. At the Kioni port you will find taverns and restaurants for all kinds of food and taste. A mini market is located on the road right before the corner of the studio, and another one is located at the port of Kioni. Registration Details 1094413
