Our 1 BR condo unit, situated in one of SMDC's prestigious condominiums, offers hotel-like accommodations in the heart of Metro Manila. We are excited to have you and want to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our fully air-conditioned unit is thoughtfully furnished to meet all your needs. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and cooking essentials, and an electric water heater is provided for your convenience. The living area boasts an entertainment set with cable television, and we offer a reliable internet connection, the password for which will be provided upon check-in. For a restful night, our bedroom has 2 couples bed size 54x75 . Ample storage space, an electric iron, and a vanity cabinet are also available for your use. The bathroom is equipped with a water heater and bidet, and toiletries will be provided upon check-in. Fresh towels and toilet paper are complimentary for your first use, and we've included clean slippers for your comfort. Our unit is part of a complex with hotel-like amenities, including a grand lobby, outdoor swimming pool (please refer to our policies), and 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Long-term guests can also enjoy additional facilities like the student lounge, game room, and wellness center (gym). For local residents, a clear and non-expired government ID is required, while foreigners are requested to provide a clear copy of their passport. Please ensure that the identification documents are valid and unexpired. Our unit is part of a complex with hotel-like amenities, including a grand lobby, outdoor swimming pool (please refer to our policies), and 24/7 convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Long-term guests ( 6 months or more ) can also enjoy additional facilities like the student lounge, game room, and wellness center (gym). Please coordinate property for amenities policy . Please note that our amenities policy is subject to change without prior notice. If you have any questions or require assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our property management team. *SWIMMING POOL ( Under maintenance until April 8 , 2024 or until further notice . ) Valued Guests, POOL USE FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING DONE ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS: Be reminded that pool use is subject to additional charges: 150php per person per day (regular days) 300php per person per day (holidays) Pool use are requested to our building admin. As such, we require you to submit your request a day before so we can process it ahead of time. Take note that our building admin do not work on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. On Friday, we can only process it until 3:00 P.M. only. Make sure you inform us of your requests before the holidays and weekend. If you want to use the pool, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Note: Mondays are reserved for pool maintenance. Swimming cannot be scheduled throughout the day. Other things to note Dear Valued Guest, We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you about our electricity setup in our units. Our units' electricity is powered by an electronic "KURYENTE LOAD" (LOADABLE) system provided by our electric power provider. In our commitment to providing you with the best accommodation rates and promoting energy conservation, we have set a daily electricity load limit. For our staycation guests, we have allotted Php 100.00 worth of electricity load per day. This amount is consumable and can be multiplied depending on the duration of your stay. Once the allotted load is consumed, guests will be responsible for shouldering the additional electricity load. For long-term guests staying for at least one month or more, we will initially allot Php 3,000 worth of electricity load. Once this load is consumed, guests will then be responsible for covering the cost of the electricity load beyond the initial allotment. We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in conserving energy during your stay. Your cooperation not only helps in preserving our environment but also allows us to continue offering competitive accommodation rates. We are here to assist you and ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay with us. *INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT We collect incidental deposit of Php 3,000 upon check in, this deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if not utilized and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. -Smoking is not allowed in the entire building, there is a Php 3,000 penalty. -Pets are not allowed, penalty of Php 5,000 -Paid Parking nearby and in the premises is subject for availability and at your own risk
