The space This is a room-only hosting as it’s an open plan, loft style apartment and I work from home. However, the room does have modest cooking facilities. It has a microwave, a two ring baby Belling, a sandwich maker, a kettle, and a Hotel silent fridge. Guest access You will have exclusive use of one large bedroom and shared use of a bathroom. I have my own bathroom upstairs, but may use downstairs also during the daytime, so its not exclusively ensuite, but close to that. Other things to note If you wish a guest to stay overnight, there is a nightly charge of £20. The room only has a single bag, but I have a very small mattress which can be put on the floor next to the bed.
