Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Outside: large enclosed courtyard on the street side, terrace on the garden side, arbor, large garden with children's games, chicken coop, access to the river. The space You will have the pleasure of cohabiting with our cat (who comes and goes independently but does not go upstairs) and our chickens (an automatic doorman will allow you to enjoy the eggs without any constraint in return, except to give them water).
