Self contained studio flat

Bee Flat is located in the rural village of Sweffling, between Framlingham & Saxmundham, within easy access to the seaside at Aldeburgh, Dunwich & Southwold. This comfortable first floor flat overlooks the church. A welcome breakfast pack is provided for you to prepare. It contains tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, bread, butter, marmalade/jam, eggs, bacon & tomatoes. The space The flat is upstairs and comprises:- *Spacious open plan living room with settee, dining table & chairs, TV, DVD, & a partially screened bedroom area with a double bed. Wi-Fi. bedding & towels provided. *Separate kitchen for you to prepare your breakfast (& other meals) in your own time. A selection of food for your first breakfast is provided which includes bacon, eggs , tomatoes, bread etc. as well as tea coffee, milk & biscuits. There is a kettle, toaster, 2-ring electric induction hob, slow cooker, combination/convection oven, fridge with ice-box. The little breakfast bar overlooks the attractive village church. *Shower room with shower cubicle, wash basin & toilet. Guest access Bee Flat shares the owners' front door & lobby, but has its own staircase** up to the flat. There is a small separate garden with furniture, 'mini' croquet & barbecue all of which guests are welcome to use. (In the shed) Table tennis in owners' garden can be used on request. (June to September) Tennis court in village-small fee. **Cottage style staircase so a bit steep, but ok unless a mobility issue. Other things to note There is no public transport in the village so a car is necessary in order to explore this lovely area. The welcome breakfast food hamper is provided for guests to prepare.... or you may like to use it for a meal in the evening. There is a large choice of DVD's for guests to borrow during their stay.
