Only ten minutes walk to the golf course and still very quiet - this former farmhouse is surrounded by oak and olive trees in the immediate vicinity of the thermal springs of Saturnia in southern Tuscany, the "Maremma". The property is located on Monte Cavallo and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The house has two apartments one above the other. Both apartments are fully equipped and can also be booked individually (separate ads). The space Enjoy one of the many activities like cooking together, spending time by the fireplace in the living room or retreating to one of the double rooms, playing in the garden (over 500 m²) or on the terrace, eating or having a barbecue. Depending on your preference, the warming sun or the cooling shade, in any case enjoy the very special view. In the lower apartment there are 2 double rooms with a private bathroom as well as the terrace room with a separate entrance from the terrace and a private bathroom. As can be seen in the floor plan, the lower apartment has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and a spacious living room with a fireplace - each room with access to one of the three terraces. The newly renovated upper apartment can be reached via its own entrance and can accommodate 2 people in a double room and private bathroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room can be used for another 2 people. In the newly furnished kitchen you can cook with a wonderful view and then enjoy your meal in the dining room. A private terrace for the 1st floor offers additional space for some rest. In both apartments there is space for a baby bed in one bedroom, which we are happy to provide free of charge. If necessary, your own additional baby beds can be set up in the living room. The house is detached in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. If you book the entire house, there will be no neighbors. Therefore, it is also suitable for celebrations in the garden. There is enough space in the kitchen of the lower apartment, kitchen utensils and dishes for larger groups - tried and tested many times :-) Additional costs (water, heating, electricity, wood) are not charged.
