My home is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my home because of the views from the highest beach front location in Peregian and the proximity to the village and many other attractions. Shorter stays may be considered upon request, subject to availability and time of year. The space You will enjoy the private beach track from the property to the Peregian Beach where you can walk along the foreshore (5 minutes) to the unique shopping village and patrolled beach. Balcony off living area and bedrooms along with a lower level garden terrace. This home is all about relaxing and taking in the ocean views. From July to November, you can watch the whales frollick from the upper balcony. When booking includes 2 guests only, the rate provides for use of one bedroom and bathroom only. Other bedroom area will be secured and unused during your stay.... you do have the rest of the place to yourself. Guest access Two level Townhouse consisting of upper level of open plan kitchen, dining and living with lower level one bedroom which includes air con, bathroom and laundry along with garage access to lower level garden terrace and track to beach. Note: 2nd bedroom and bathroom is available upon request at an additional nightly rate, but secured during 2 guest stay. Other things to note This is a quiet and private neighbourhood location generally suited for couples over 40's who are looking to truely enjoy a relaxing holiday in a unique and well serviced location.
