Located in the middle of the town centre, outside the actual monastery complex and built as a former Hofmarkrichterhaus in 1624, the house was awarded the Culture Prize by the municipality of Polling for the successful restoration and preservation of historical substance and combines history with modern comfort. On the ground floor of the lovingly restored property is our approx.135 m² large, tastefully decorated apartment. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people and has direct access to the terrace and garden. Public, free parking in front of the house is available. The light-filled living room impresses with its many historic box windows, which have been extensively restored to preserve the historic character of the house. The spacious sofa and the beautiful view of the surrounding garden are the best conditions for experiencing relaxing moments with us in Polling. In addition to the master bedroom, an additional sofa bed sleeps two more comfortable beds. The modern, high-quality and fully equipped kitchen-living room is located in the former smoking kitchen and impresses with its remarkable vault and the original, historic stone floor. In the area of the former smoking hood, a cozy sofa corner has been created, which invites you to linger next to the modern dining area. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed and has a view of the countryside. Linens and towels are included. The ceiling paneling from the year 1803 gives the bedroom a cozy character for relaxed nights. A travel cot is available for our little guests. The spacious bathroom, the former kitchen room, has a modern and high-quality equipment with floor-to-ceiling shower, bath and toilet. An additional, separate guest toilet is available right next door.
