The space The house has an air conditioning unit in each bedroom, luggage racks, a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel, shampoo, beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, silverware, pots & pans, plates, glasses, and the essentials kitchen tools. The second floor balcony is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee, tea, or wine ;-) The entire apartment is for you to enjoy; two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 2 private balconies. There is free parking available on-premises. A maximum of 6 people is allowed in the apartment including children. Any unregistered guest or visitor found in the apartment during your stay will cancel automatically your reservation without a refund. Other things to note IMPORTANT: If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the apartment. I'm open to the idea of hosting children as long as they are supervised 24/7, but please note that my apartment is NOT children-proof, 2nd floor with no elevator. Registration Details 00001157205
