Please note: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee You will be asked to sign the POSHPADZ contract and show your driving license. All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA. We personally meet & welcome every guest upon arrival to ensure you gain entry & are familiarized and satisfied with the property. Our Team is available during your stay to answer any questions or offer assistance should you need us. In order to protect the guest and the owner we personally walk around the property with the guest to check for damages. Once the guest is satisfied there are no damages in the property (or if they are they are noted on a form) the guest signs a liability waiver form.
