Camelot, for happy ever-aftering…

Camelot is a roomy two bedroom seaside holiday cottage with verandahs, a sleep-out (the third bedroom and the second bathroom). Walk to everything. Think of your old aunty’s home now a holiday house but with wifi. The quiet neighbourhood is mainly permanents although it’s at the centre of Yamba’s iconic beaches. It’s ideal for a family travelling with grandparents or couples and friends. The sleep-out is basic no aircon but fans: a good space for loud snorers, teens, or independent youngsters. The space The cottage has an open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area perfect for getting together. In the main house, there are two spacious bedrooms with a convenient bathroom. On the other side of the sheltered backyard are the sleep out, a laundry, and an extra bathroom. So while the main house can sleep two couples, the sleep out can accommodate another 4 individuals with a double bed and two singles. There is also a cot available and a spare single in the lounge room. There’s room to spread out with front and back verandahs, a paved backyard area, spacious lawns, off street parking and a garage should you request it. A quiet and airy property near the heart of town, this location has much that Yamba has to offer in walking distance. Guest access The whole property is available to you. It’s ideal when travelling with in laws and teenagers with a spacious lounge and dining area as well as two verandahs front and back to spread out and enjoy sea breezes and sunshine. There are steps (one at the rear entrance and a small number at the front entrance) so wheelchair access is not available at present. There is a front yard and a backyard but unfortunately the property is not suitable for pets. Other things to note The local bus service stops on the corner three doors down for an adventure into Maclean or Grafton or the Coles shopping precinct. There’s free wifi and the local library provides access to computers and printers.
