Welcome to Upper Bavarian Neubeuern! You will rent a thoroughly renovated apartment in the ground floor area. The apartment is part of a single-family house. Here are the key details: The space - 33 sqm, 2 rooms plus shower and toilet - Ground floor level with separate entrance; separate terrace area, level with garden - Free WiFi, 100MB line - Room 1: bed (1,60 x 2,00m) with memory form mattress; large closet; desk; 48" LED TV with Apple TV - Room 2: sofa bed, width 1.40 m; bar table with 2 bar stools; modern coffee machine with Nescafé capsules (cost 1€ per capsule); kitchenette, fully equipped with oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, designer hood, sink, full kitchenware; wardrobe with large mirror - Room 3: modern shower, toilet, sink, electric radiator, automatic exhaust for moisture - private parking space for Wolf's apartment - Storage facilities (lockable) for ski, ski boots, bikes, stroller House rules: - No smoking - Check-in from 3 pm - check-out by 11:00 am - No parties or events - Pets by arrangement. Guest access You have access to this apartment as a guest alone. The garden house can also be used (e.g. for bikes, skis and ski boots). Other things to note Cancellation policy - full refund of booking fees up to 48 hours before earliest check-in time; no refund in case of later cancellation, except Force majeure. Extra charges: - Cleaning fee 20€ - from the 3rd person, plus €9 per person, max. 4 people in apartment; - Children/young people up to the age of 18 are always free of charge - 1 electric bike: daily rent 20€ - 1 Canyon mountain bike (fully):15€, mountain biking shoes needed - Use of washing machine & tumble dryer for a fee of 10€ / filling (located in the main apartment, provide laundry in laundry box).
