Nestled in the heart of the Mosquito lagoon, in a family run campground - our cabins are directly overlooking the intracoastal waterway in the mosquito lagoon. Wake up to coffee watching the dolphin off the front porch. We also have a boat launch on property as well as protected boat slips when available. Best of all, we have a bait shop and tiki deck as well as a fishing pier! other amenities include - coin operated laundry, ac, TV, pet park, and the best fishing in the area! Our cabins are rustic, but do provide the comforts of a hotel room and are clean. They are stocked with linens and towels, shampoo, pots and pans, dinnerware and cutlery, board games, for the beds and towels. Our cabins have AC/Heat, a private restroom, a seperate bedroom, bunk beds in the hall as well as a futon in living area/kitchen. We have the following amenities onsite: gated entrance after hours , stocked bait shop open 6am/ 6pm, lighted fishing pier, secluded boat slips when available, boat launch, general store with snacks, dog park, laundry facilities, and a tiki deck with weekday happy hour! Watch our social media to see if the food truck will be onsite the weekend you are coming. Boat slips available to use for boats up to 20ft long. Boats longer may need to be launched and trailered each day. There is parking right in front of your cabin for your one vehicle. If you are bringing a boat, the trailer may be parked next to cabin or behind it in our trailer parking area. We are in a well lit family owned campground with the following amenities: Coin operated laundry, tiki deck, kayak/canoe/paddle board rentals, live bait , campground store, lighted fishing pier, boat slips, boat launch, dog park, tiki deck. We are staffed- 7 days a week in our campground office and bait shop. 6a-6p. You can reach host by text or call. We are in a quiet neighborhood in Oak Hill FL between Daytona Beach and Titusville. There is a diner at the end of the road that is walkable and serves is open for breakfast lunch and dinners most days. There are many local restaurants and watering holes, grocery stores and convenience stores within 6 miles. You can get around by bike, boat, and kayak within the campground and town. Each reservation provides one vehicle and one boat/trailer. Extra vehicles are charged at $10/day when space permits. All cabins are no smoking period and no frying inside. Max 3 adults are permitted in our cabin. Max 5 people including children. Our gate is open from 6am-6pm, if you plan to arrive after hours, you will need to contact the campground office to get gate code. This is a non smoking cabin and is not pet friendly, but we do have a cabin that is pet friendly. We do require a $50 pet fee per pet. Extra vehicles are charged at $10/day when space permits.
