Surrounded by beautiful bay and garden vistas, the house is flooded with natural light and has a wonderful sense of space throughout. With a fully appointed kitchen and open plan living and dining room upstairs and another separate living room downstairs. The space This beautiful home is all about relaxation and embraces captivating bay and coastline scenery from almost every window. The house is perfectly set up for a romantic getaway for you and your partner and also for families however we do not accept adult group bookings (maximum of 4 adults in any booking). Every bedroom is generously appointed with king or queen-sized beds, its own full bathroom and magical views of the bay and the surrounding gardens. The open plan living area with its soaring ceilings is saturated with northerly sun and opens up to a huge wrap around entertaining deck with outdoor dining. Watch dolphins frolic in the bay and see birds dive to catch their supper. And at the end of a long day, enjoy some truly jaw-dropping sunsets. The convenient location means you never need to travel more than a couple of minutes to enjoy the stunning area. The Pillars and Mount Martha Park are an easy walk away. A few minutes drive takes you to the boutique village of Mount Martha which includes all the essentials (groceries, bottle shop, chemist, post office and a great choice of eateries), beaches and the Balcombe Estuary walk as well as Safety beach. For golf lovers Mount Martha Public Golf Course is a 7 minute drive away. For those that prefer to stay closer to home, there is plenty to do for all ages, within the expansive property.
