Overlooking the canal, pool, & lagoon... our condo at Kontiki Beach Resort is a spacious end unit on the 2nd floor (Elevator access). Recently renovated: new tiled walk in shower, new paint, new furniture, furnishings, & bedding w/ a Comfy, Coastal theme throughout. On the balcony... enjoy your coffee/ cocktails on poly-wood patio furniture. See lots of birds & even an occasional sighting of the neighborhood dolphin. Private pier (lighted & gated), private boat ramp! Roll away bed for use. The space Elevator to 2nd floor if needed. Full kitchen - stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, pots, pans & everything you need for cooking & serving. Wine glasses, copper mugs, bartending set, & coffee mugs will make your stay easy! King sized bed overlooks balcony & canal. Smart Tv w/ DIrect TV. Comfy beach decor. Lots of Closet space. Tiled throughout. Living room - newly furnished. Direct Tv. Clean sheets & quilts in bedroom cabinet for xtra air mattress bed or roll away bed. High top table overlooks the pool & lagoon in the distance. Kontiki grounds have a covered picnic area, charcoal grill, pool, & gazebo down below for your enjoyment. Guests can fish on 2 piers (large one is approx. 800 ft long & lighted; has a view of Rockport across Aransas Bay) (the other lighted pier is by the boat ramp & is a great little fishing spot). You can also fish or walk along the bulkhead directly below our condo unit. We have several little piers for fishing or tying your boat/kayak to. Large/wide canal seconds from the channel that connects to Aransas Bay. Plenty of boat parking & a private boat ramp... feel free to leave boat in water; tied off at finger piers....viewing distance from condo. Complex has laundry facilities on 1 st floor hallway across from elevator. *sorry HOA does not allow guests to bring pets..
