The Carriage House; game room & grill area

A two story house with king and queen bedrooms and fold out couch, game room, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. The space The master bedroom has a lovely, comfy king bed and spacious sitting area with a cozy chair. The cozy second bedroom has a queen bed and rocking chair. An iron and ironing board are in the closet. Bath is in the hall between the two bedrooms with shower and tub. Family Room has a couch with pull out bed, love seat, chairs, and 55 inch TV. You'll find some games, cards, magazines, and books. Central air and heat, wifi, and lots of hooks throughout (for coats, bags, etc). We also have a game room with Ping Ping table, foosball, giant checkers, bowling, and chess waiting to take your stay up a notch. Also includes washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen has a full set of pots and pans, crock pot, microwave, full stove, full refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and hopefully all you need to in your home away from home. Please let us know if we missed anything, we want you comfortable and our guests have provided terrific input over the years. Guest access This two story house is all yours along with an outdoor patio area and grill. We do use hose out back to water new plants to assure they stay alive. Crew will typically be out during day to water. Other things to note This is a large Historic Home converted to an apartment many years ago. The entire space is yours and private. Bedrooms are located on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. Smoking is not allowed inside the building or within 50 feet of entrance. Parties are not allowed at any time. Railroad tracks are located in town trains run through town regularly.
