Riverside Maisonette

My home is located by the river Avon. It suits someone who wants a quiet location with river walks. Parks, nature reserves etc but still having access to the city centre in less than 20 mins on public transport. The bus stop is a 10-13 mins walk from the house. Troopers hill park is less than a 2 mins walk and conham river park and Neetham park are a few minutes walk away. It’s more of a respite location for anyone needing peace and serenity but easy access to the city centre. The space As indicated in the description, my Home is more of a sanctuary and a respite for someone needing some peace and quiet but still having access to city life. The space is a room with a double bed. You have access to all amenities and will be sharing with me. I have another room with two bunk beds for guest with kids but you have to check if it’s available as it’s used during some weekends. I currently use my dinning table as my work station sometimes but I work mostly in my lounge. Guest access There is a shared main entry with a neighbour into the property and a private access to the maisonette. During your stay I live in the property as well and so I will be interacting with guest. Saying that they will have privacy and a quiet atmosphere to relax and settle. I occasionally have my two small kids over staying but they are well nurtured kids and I have a small dog (papschund) who’s very friendly and well natured too. Other things to note Im very neat handed and tidy and I will expect guests to respect that and keep the place near and tidy as you find it. Please ask if have any questions and don’t assume. Don’t use items, toiletries, food etc without asking. I have a small lovely and friendly dog called milo I used to foster. Rates are for one guest ans there’s is an additional 10£ per night for a second guest per night.
